Then you have two more relays hooked the same way to the battery fired by another timer (assuming your timers turn things on and off according to the time of day and not on for a certain amount of time only) Then you take the out put of these two relays and hook them to the opposite polarity of the other two. When one timer is on the other must be off and the motor will run one direction. Then that timer goes off and the other timer closes and the motor runs in the opposite direction. You could use less components if you use a double pole relay..(2) and a multi output stage timer. Hope that came out clear... But a 555 timer is for creating a timing pulse not for turning motors on and off.
