So I don't understand your question relating ripple noise with signal frequency, as they are totally unrelated. If you want to measure PS ripple in an opamp, connect it up as a gain of 1000 differential amplifier and measure the noise at the output. You need to inject ripple at the power supply pins, perhaps with two transformer windings in series with the supplies. You may have to filter the noise so you only see the actual ripple and not other noise. Then reference it to the input by dividing by 1000. But there are other techniques if you just want to measure PSRR, power supply rejection ratio involving programmable supplies. Email me.
