This then requires personnel hours to reset. These timers also need to be adjusted at Standard to Daylight Savings time changes and periodically as the sunset time changes. Disadvantages: photo cells burn-out and need to be replaced. Generally they do not burn out at the same time as the bulb or starters, so there are added personnel hours needed to maintain the system.
